  1. A free no obligation consultation and chat about your project to determine what we can and can’t do for you.

  2. If your proposed project is possible, we will provide a fixed price quotation, for all plans, specifications, and submission to your Local Authority for Planning Permission and Full Building Regulations approval.

  3. Initial draft plans for your consideration, and alterations to the design if required. 3D Walk Through animations.

  4. Submission to the Local Authority for approval.

  5. Final compilation of the approved design, Planning Approval and Full Building Regulations documents so your builder can start construction.
